Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu, the capital and cultural hub of Nepal! We’ll be waiting to welcome you at the Tribhuvan International Airport.From there you will be transferred to the Hotel by privet vehicle.We will brief about your trip activities. You’ll have rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight at Hotel B/B.
Day 02: Fly to Pokhara (827m/2,700ft), trek to Ghandruk (1940m/6360 ft): 30 minutes flight, 5 - 6 hours trek
We take an early morning flight to Pokhara, the beautiful lake city and catch great views of the Himalayas. After landing in the Pokhara airport, we drive to Naya Pul (1 hour and 20 minutes) and start the trek from Birethanti, we trek to Ghandruk, a beautiful village mostly inhabited by the Gurung community. From this village you could see good views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna (7455m.), Annapurna III (7755m.) and Fishtail. Overnight in lodge on full board.
Day 03: Trek to Chhomrung - (2210m) 5 hrs walk
Early morning we start the trek up to Kimrungdanda. On the way, we can enjoy great views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre) and Ganggapurna. A steep descent takes us to the Kimrong Khola. After another steep ascent from Kimrong Khola to Chere Danda, we descend for a while and then it’s a gentle walk to Chhomrong. Chhomrong is a beautiful village located on the lap of the giant Annapurna massive. Overnight in lodge on full board.
Day 04: Trek to Bamboo - (2350m) 5 hrs walk
Leaving Chomrong, the trail descends on a stone staircase and crosses the Chomrong Climbing further on a rocky trail we reach Sinuwa, at 2350m check post. You descend a long, steep stone staircase into deep bamboo and rhododendron forests. It is then a short distance on a muddy trail to Bamboo (2340m.) overnight in lodge on full board.
Day 05: Bamboo to Deurali (3230m/10,595ft): 3 - 4 hours
We pass through a bamboo forest which is damp and cold then ascend steadily with a few steep sections. It is a steep climb up through a much drier forest before reaching Hinku Cave. From here we can see the trail drop closer to the river before climbing again to Deurali, the most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetation is sparser, allowing magical views of the valley, the river below, and the sheer rock-face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfalls. Overnight in lodge on full board
Day 06: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m/13,545ft) via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m/12135ft): 5- 6 hours
Climb gently through a river bed then over a steep trail over to the mountain side. The hike from Bagar to Machhapuchhre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous. From Machhapuchhre base camp we get excellent views of the majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli and Gangapurna which is certainly a rewarding experience. The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. From here, we get sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above us. The sanctuary boasts of a dynamic view without anything impeding the 360-degree panorama. From the base camp we again get to savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Overnight in lodge on full board.
Day 07: Trek to Bamboo - (2335m) 6 hrs. walk
Early in the morning after a warm breakfast, we can see mesmerizing sunrise views and revert back to Bamboo from Annapurna Base Camp .overnight on full board.
Day 08: Trek to Jhinu Danda (Hot water springs) - (1780m) 4/5 hrs. walk
The path is descent up to Bamboo passing through forests with varieties of rhododendron, oaks and bamboo plants. After Bamboo, the trail goes steeply up to the Kuldi Ghar and now the trail is quite flat until we reach Sinuwa. We trek gradually descending to the Chomrong Khola and we go up a stone staircase which you think will never end for almost an hour till we reach Chomrong. The last part of the trail is steeply down to Jhinudanda. From the town you walk down for 20 minutes to reach Hot Spring at the bank of the Modi Khola. You can unwind yourself at the hot springs & pamper your body with a hot bath overnight on full board.
Day 09: Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara
After breakfast we trek to Nayapul via Birethanti. It takes about 4-5 hours walk to Nayapul then we drive to Pokhara by private car or van. Stay in hotel in Pokhara. Overnight on full board.
Day 10: Fly to Kathmandu, check in at hotel. Rest of day free for sightseeing or shopping.
We take the flight to Kathmandu, where we check in at our hotel. The rest of the day is free for sightseeing or shopping in the bazaar. Evening we will have another celebration dinner in Nepali typical restaurant.
Day 11: Free day in Kathmandu for sightseeing, shopping or relaxing.
This is an important contingency day in case of delays to the flights from Pokhara.If we have experienced no delays this is another opportunity for Sightseeing in Some of landmarks that are the World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of (Pashupati Nath), the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swayambhu Nath) and Buddhists shrine (Bouddha Nath.
Day 12: Kathmandu Departure Day
It’s your last day in Nepal! Grab some breakfast, and then take in some last-minute shopping in Kathmandu. We’ll make sure you arrive at Kathmandu International Airport with plenty time before your flight home. At this time, we’ll say our goodbyes and bid you farewell, armed with warm memories and gorgeous photos to show your loved ones.
